We were asked to provide architectural planning drawings for an oak-framed, single storey extension to the side of a detached property. The property was extended many years ago and that extension was in need of replacement as it became dilapidated. The groundworks are to be re-used and a new oak-framed extension required. The proposal was originally to be used as a conservatory with glass roof but this idea was soon changed due to the Welsh climate!
These plans take around 5 working days to produce based on measurements and photographs provided by the client. Final cost just £349.
