Just a quick note for now. If you have been asked to provide a flood risk assessment as part of your planning application, be sure to visit the governments website to check whether you’re proposal is actually within a flood zone – https://flood-map-for-planning.service.gov.uk/
If you are in flood zone 1 you should be able to simply write a covering letter to accompany your planning drawings quoting the website above.
